Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or service initiation.
Refunds are only applicable for services or products that have not been delivered or fully used.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Note: Custom software development or consulting services are non-refundable once initiated, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Cancellations made after the billing period has begun will not be eligible for a refund for that period.
